Demos are by definition an adventure activity, in which the vehicle crosses varying terrains in differing weather conditions and obstacles, often at speed. As is usual for similar activities engaged in by members of the public, all participants must be over 18 years of age (proof required), and sign waivers of liability prior to participating in Demo.

By registering your interest in a Demo, you agree (irrespective of whether a waiver is signed at the time) that Tomcar, whilst it will endeavour to have employees exercise all care, has no liability for any personal injury, death, damage or loss suffered by you in the course of a Demo, regardless of cause, and you assume risks inherent in a Demo.

You also acknowledge that Demos may be conducted by independant dealers or other persons with no connection to, or permission of Tomcar and in either case Tomcar does not assume any liability for Demos conducted by those persons.
